Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Is The Cause For Discomfort In My Left Arm After A Biopsy?
I am 34 yrs old, have had five children, and in the last six months have had a sever outbreak of lipoma's in my forearms. At least that is what my dr told me they are, she did a biopsy from both arms. My left arm has started to feel as if it is going to sleep; rubbing it seems to help. But not for long.....suggestions?
I read your query carefully and understood your concerns.
If lipomas are giving you trouble like numbness and other concerns, I'd suggest to wait until biopsy reports are in. Then, depending on the results, the most appropriate treatment will be decided.
I usually suggest to my patients with the same lipoma problems as you to discuss with surgeon for surgical removal.
All the best!
