What Is The Cause For Fever?
Hi Dr Mintz
My wife is having fever for last seven days and no other symptoms. The fever goes away with general fever reducing pills like acetaminophen. The fever subsides with the sweating. The blood and urine tests looked normal. Appetite is normal too. What could be the cause of fever?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here this could be viral infection and this would may take few days to come around, usual does not need any treatment, bed rest is would be enough, take care and have a nice day.
