Hi,

I can understand your concern for the itching sensation in hands and foot with low iron anemia in blood test. I can make a possibility of pruritus associated with anemia. It is quite common to observe that there is pruritus due to low iron content.

The only precaution you must follow is not to touch, pinch pop or squeeze any of them other wise it can get infected and can cause complications.

You should improve your iron in diet to improve the anemia at the best. You can additionally take antihistamine loratadine by mouth.

It may take few months to get better so have patience.

Take care.
