What Is The Cause For Migraine Headaches With Weight Gain When On Supplements For Perimenopause?

I am 48 and have always been very fit, active and healthy. Over the last year I have had an increased incidence of migraine headaches, and over the last 6 months my weight keeps increasing no matter how much I exercise or control my diet. I started taking supplements for perimenopause, they are natural. I have had blood work and it is not my thyroid and I am not menopausal. I am very frustrated. My weight is up 15 pounds in less than a year.
