Doctor I am suffering with apain in my legs, sepecially after squatting on the floor. I am 38 years old, Female and working as a teacher. I will be mostly standing for around 5 to six hours in addition to the house hold work. I also have vericose veins just behind my knee. Is it becasuse of this .
As your profession is all about standing the usual problems which teacher's faces are early osteoarthritis of the knee, varicose veins, back and neck pain.
I think you are developing weakness of the muscles of the lower limb and early signs of OA
You need to start doing general exercise every day to have a good lifestyle in the later stages of life.
