Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The burning sensation in the foot can be due to a mild nerve root compression at the level of the lower spine. This needs an MRI scan to confirm. Taking methylcobalamin supplements can help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Praveen Tayal, Orthopaedic Surgeon
