What Is The Cause For Sciatic Nerve Pain, Tilted Pelvis, Back Pain, Tightness Around Ribcage When Laying?

For many years I have suffered from back pain. I have a tilted pelvis and have suffered from sciatic nerve pain which is now under control. While I am able to maintain my lower back issues with specific exercises, walking and sometimes anti inflame medication, for the last couple of months I have been experiencing middle back pain. It feels very tight around the rib cage area. Most pain is felt when I am lying down.

Dear Friend,
Thanks for contacting HCM. There are three ways pelvis can tilt. Anterior/Posterior/Lateral. Which one is yours? For all three the choice of exercise has to be different. You might not be doing the right exercise that is why ur pain is getting chronic.
Middle back pain could be because of bad posture, could be kyphotic. You need to check the length of pectorails major muscle, if short you need to stretch it.
Thanks
