What Is The Cause For Stomach Pain And Gastric Trouble?
Hello sir,
I am feeling pain below my stomach since 15 days. I feel bloating all the day. I feel very less appetite. However, i feel relieved after passing gas. I have taken cipro-TZ combination for five days. My symptoms have lessen down, but the pain and gastric trouble is more pronounced at night.
Plz help me.

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to dyspepsia and it may not need any treatment if not associated with infection. Just take care in diet and drink more water, better to stop the medicine you are taking and it will be alright soon.
