What Is The Cause For The Painful Swelling In My Neck ?
I have a swollen lymphnode on the right side of my neck thats has been there for about a year, I mentioned it to my doctor and they never saw the need to address it. Now recently, i was told i have a 3.5 small nodule on my lung and dense breast tissue in my right breast. I quit smoking four days ago but an now extremely congested(large amounts of yellow mucus being expelled) and have pain in my ears as well. The lymphnode on my neck is really sore and ivd noticed three painful ones above my clavicle now as well. Im scared what could be the cause? I am 24, no allergies. Oh, and I had a sinus surgery done in december because my right maxillary sinus was filled w infected mucus.

This seems to be a matter of concern, you need to consult your general surgeon or chest physician. This can be malignancy of the breast. Also request your doctor to get a Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology of the lymph node done to rule out malignancy.
Take care
