What Is The Cause Of Blood In The Urine When Pregnant?

Hello I am 37 1/2 weeks pregnant I just went to pee and when I wiped there was very light blood stain I grabbed a wipe and cleaned myself and the light blood stain kept coming out. I am not feeling any pain I am just concerned because I do not know what it means

This is most likely the mucus plug that is getting expelled. Labor pains may begin at any moment from here on. So keep checking for pains or increased discharge and try to stay close to your medical facility. Get an evaluation and check for the opening of cervix and status of baby.
