What Is The Cause Of Brown Discharge When On Aspirin?
Hello. I have been on Mirena since July 2011. For about a week and a half I have been having some pains in my left hip, nothing to unbearable and although I tried aspirin the pain was a dull, burning sensation. Today the pain somewhat stopped and I have been having brown discharge. Any idea what is going on

Aspirin is an antiplatelet drug and is a blood thinner.Since you are using Mirena it can cause bleeding per se or this might also have been exacerbated due to Aspirin use.I were to do an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to confirm the position of the device and prescribe analgesics to relieve your pain.Hope this answers your query.
