Dear Sir I am Dr Ravinder Sharma Professor ENT . On the basis of the info provided it appears that there is a mass lesion - probably benign in nature arising form tonsil. The symptoms that you are experiencing appears to be due to a obstructive lesion in your throat. I would advise you a clinical examination by an ENT surgeon. The next requirement may be a complete physical examination for any neck nodes or other signs. It may be a benign lesion or something more disturbing. Biopsy of the lesion will settle the diagnosis. The treatment plan depends on the diagnosis. i hope this answers your concern. Do let me know if anything else is required from my side with regards Ravinder Sharma
