Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I dont know if it is real or imagined but can your liver hurt? I take tylenol 3 times a day. I had my liver function tested a few months ago and it was normal but I worry all the time about killing my liver and worry that I am creating liver pain in my head...

yes, one may feel liver associated pain under rib cage on the right side. its usually experienced in a patient sufffering from viral hepatitis.
tylenol is relatively a safe drug and usually does NOT harm the liver.
