What Is The Cause Of Lower Back Pain?

hi , i am 29 years old i have lower back pain from last one year, i go to the doctors they treat me well but still the situation is the same after physico and also MRI. i dont know why its not recovering. i am very worried about it. kindly suggest me how i can get rid from this disease.

Hello,
I had gone through the case and found that if MRI report is normal then it might be due to deficiency of vitaminD3.

So go for the investigation and take Vitamin D3 once a week.

Do not bend forward and long time sitting.
