Nausea without vomiting, not feeling well, has to rush for passing bowels and sore at lips as you have mentioned is indicative of the following: Take a PPI called Omeprazole once a day. Domperidone three times a day to counter nausea. Antacids if you have burning in upper abdomen. Send stool and blood for lab tests and if infection is present then you need a course of an appropriate antibiotic and Metronidazole. Take PRobiotics, symptomatic and supportive treatment. Plenty of oral fluids to avoid dehydration once the nausea gets settled and electrolyte solution orally. Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation and to get prescription based medications.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
