Although very truely said by your concerning doctor that it s just being 22 weeks. Placenta in most cases recedes upward and it s by its own. There is no as such means which can help you. Rather patient is advised strict bed rest to avoid the pressure and placental separation as it s one of the life threatening emergency in obstetric. So just be cautious continuing the pregnancy.
