What Is The Cause Of Pulsating Sensation Below The Center Of My Rib Cage ?

I have been experiencing a pulsating sensation just below the center of my rib cage. It does not bother me unless i am lying down. When I lie down, the pulsating is significant enough to keep me awake. I do not have any other pain or symptoms. I am 44 years old, 6 tall, 230 lbs. with no known medical problems.

Hi, it would be wise to rule out an aneurysm. See your doctor, get a CT scan or an MRI of the region to visualize the internal structures & blood vessels.
