General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
It appears to be the bacterial infection, may be over the hair follicles, or general due to systemic infection.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. If not responding to treatment, you may need to have culture and sensitivity of the discharge from the eruptions.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms erythromycin, metronidazole, and vitamin A and D.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
