What Is The Cause Of Red,itchy Bumps On Back,legs And Arms?

I have 10 quarter size bumps on my back as well as my legs and arms... they itch and are red. I know its not bed bugs cuz I sleep with my 7 year old daughter every night n she is not getting bit... Ive never had chicken poks but cant help to think this might be it... idk would you have an idea? scabies? Manes? Hell jus sitting at my desk another popped up on my upper arm above my elbow!! HELP
