Hi,

Sore throat led to the blockage of Eustachian tube bilaterally leading to ear pain. You are taking antibiotic and if improvement is present continue it for 7 days. Along with antibiotic you need to take NSAIDs like Ibuprofen. Gargling with warm saline water will decrease swelling in throat. Keep yourself hydrated.
