It seems from the history that you are having twitching of the eyelid of the left eye. Since you are suffering from migraine this can be because of prodromal phase of the migraine. The common causes for twitching of the eyelid are stress and stress related conditions like migraine.
The twitching should come down with treatment of migraine.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for treatment of migraine.
