There are a wide range of differentials for mode enlargement ,Causes of lymphadenopathy include infections, autoimmune diseases, malignancies, histiocytoses, storage diseases, benign hyperplasia, and drug reactions.
we cannot blindly say that it might be cancer or not.you are saying the number is increasing .and what about their nature are they mobile or fixed , firm or soft all that matters . do you have any constituitional symptoms like fever, body pains etc. generally complete evaluation is required to rule out differential diagnosis .such as CBC counts hepatic and renal parameters etc .
