Urologist 's  Response
Hello Malkani and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your worry.
As you've already seen specialists like Urologist, and Orthopedician, they would,ve done a scrotal doppler ultrasound scan and X-ray/ CT of LS spine.
If you can send the reports here in my name, certainly, i can give you expert advice, regarding further treatment.
In the mean time, you can take an anti-inflammatory analgesic tablet.
Wish you well.
I find this answer helpful
