Hi my name is colleen im 19 and i had pain for a couple months ago i took a pregnancy test and it came out positive and when i went to the doctor its came out positive thru blood i went to the hospitial again to do a checkup and the blood work came out negative and now im having pains all over my stomach can i be pregnant and not know

For any pain in abdomen you need tests like ultrasound abdomen. Even to confirm pregnancy, you will need ultrasound abdomen. Thus get one done at the earliest.
