Welcome to HCM!

I appreciate your effort to get better, and that you want to use minimum medicines for your problem.
you have not mentioned about your frequency of headaches in a week. From the question it is apparent that the headache aches are severe in nature as you have vomiting most of the times.

Migranes are kind of headaches which have certain precipitating factors, these are specific for each patient; eg: remaining hungry for long, stress ful time, extremes if temperature, travelling etc. Best way is to avoid these altogether to a minimum amount to reduce the episode of headaches.

In your case I think it can be related to use of computer for long hours. You can help your self by looking away from computer screen for five minutes every half hour of work...this will give your eyes and brain some rest and reduce the episodes of migraine.

I have not seen any migraine patient not getting better in my practice, but as you have decided to use minimum medicines, I must tell you that if ever you have another attack of migraine please take a pain killer with 5-10 minutes, this will stop the episode in few minutes. if you delay the medicine/ or try to tolerate it for some time without drugs, then later no medicine will give you good results. This will also invite another episode sooner.

maintaining healthy life style, espically running and cutting junk food and coffee/ tea will also reduce Migranes.

Good luck !
