Hi, Thanks for asking query on health care magic. It seems from your history that your son is suffering from dysentery. Give XXXX 5 ml 2 times daily XXXX syrup 3 times daily for relief of stomach pain Give curd rice or rice with buttermilk XXXX 5 ml daily. Usually it is controlled within 3-4 days. Regarding itching in anus and stomach pain worm infestation has to be excluded. You may give Ivermectin 200 micro grams/kg body weight. If no improvement after all these measures consult pediatrician. Hope this answer will serve your purpose. Please feel free to ask any more queries if required. Take care Dr.M.V.Subrahmanyam MD; DCH.
