What Is The Danger If My Friend Swallowed Cocaine?

A friend of mine swallowed a bag full of cocaine (it had at least a gram in it) and is now trying to vomit it up but is having no such luck. From what I have read online, the bag will more than likely disolve in his stomach and the cocaine will hit his system all at once. He is also drunk and on adderall and won't let anyone take him to the hospital...do you think this is a life or death situation? Should I call an ambulance to go to his house?

HI
Yes--call the ambulance since if the total dose of cocaine hits him all at once he is at risk for a stroke or sudden cardiac death
