What Is The Diagnosis For Stomach Pain, Swollen Nodes, Nausea, Bloating?

I had the stomach flu about a month ago (fever, chills, vomiting and diarrhea) and a UTI. I have had mild stomach pain since. Now I have liquid diarrhea again that has a chemical smell and is liquid yellow. I woke up with stomach pain around my navel on the right side radiating around into my back and I feel like my groin lymph nodes are swollen along with feeling weak and have a little nausea. My stomach is bloated and rumbling. So bloated and swollen feeling. Lower back pain too. I got an antibiotic shot last month. Should I see a doctor again? What could the diagnosis be? Thanks

Hi and welcome to HCM,

Detailed investigation is necessary. This may be due to some stomach inflammatory conditions like gastroenteritis, amoebic colitis, veneral diseases, abdominal abscess or any other bacterial infection. Complete hemogram lab studies and x-ray of abdomen is necessary. Consult with your gastroenterologist.

wish you speedy recovery
Thanks
