I have pains in my stomach periodically, I am tired frequently, losing a little bit of weight, I go to the bathroom quite frequently and there has been blood in my stool but not within three weeks. I feel dehydrated even though I drink a lot of water and milk. I do smoke about a half a pack of cigarettes a day and drink 15-16 beers on the weekends but was much more excessive during the holidays. Could this be chrons? An ulcer? IBS?
