What Is The Difference Between Hydrcordone 500 Mg And 325 Mg?

Hi I was wondering my Doctor had per scribed for me in the past hydrcordone 7.5 500mg & now they dont manufacturer them anymore or they wont be starting January 1st so now I have the Hydrcordone 7.5 325 mg whats the difference is there less pain medicine in this pill or less aspirin?

Thank you for the query.
Basically both the medicines contains same amount of hydrocodone i.e 7.5mg but differ in acetaminophen content i.e 500 mg and 325 mg respectively.Though acetaminophen enhance the effectiveness of hydrocodone but it is not the main killer.Hydrocodone is the main analgesic.So there is no much difference between the two in consideration with the pain.So this is not strange.This medicine also provide you similar effects as before.
