What Is The Dosage Of Paracetamol For Fever?
I am 20 years old girl having temperature. My docter prescribed an injection and antibiotic tablets and paracetamol to reduce fever. But now temperature recured tom 102 f. i have taken tablets at 9.00 PM. Shall i take a paracetamol 650 mg tab again now. I am in chennai now.

Hi,
Doses up to 4 gms a day are well tolerated. It is better to take 3 gms a day. If you have low body weight, in fasting 2gms a day is preferred, 500 mg every 6 hrs is optimum.
