What Is The Fair Assessment Of Life In Case Of Arthritis?
I am 60 years old and recently had a medial meniscus tear cleaned up...I have also been diagnosed with grade 3 arthritis of the knees...I am moderately over weight (20 lbs) and have been and wish to remain acive with golf, exercise, yard work, home improvements and the like...what is a fair assessment of life going forward?
if its just grade 3 you may do all your activities till next 5 years with pain .,
reduce your weight that will increase your knee joint life span indirectly avoid squatting, crossed leg sitting and sitting on floor instead use chair
