What Is The Home Remedy For Pain Under Side Of Tongue?
I have in the last couple days been experiencing sever pain on the underside of my tongue. I think it may be inflamed plica fimbriata, but how do I determine its not something more serious. Can this indicate something more serious like herpes. How do I treat this at home.

There can be many reasons for pain under tongue-
-If there is inflammation of plica fimbriata it should be red in color
-there can be infection in the tooth also
-there can be infection of salivary gland also
these all things should only be diagnosed after full mouth examination and x-ray in related to that region.
