my daughter is 4 and half year old.Her FNAC (Biopsy) report of Lump in Neck is Microscopy - Aspirate reveals degenerating epitheloid cell granulomes. Background is necrotic. ZN stain reveals no acid fast bacilli. OPINION -GRANULOMATOUS LYMPHADENITIS, LEFT CERVICAL LYMPH NODE My doctor says its Tuberculosis.Please suggest
