What Is The Indication Of Delay In Periods, Lower Back Pain And Abdominal Cramps?

I haven't had my menstrual cycle since November 26- 30. I had sex around December 29, and I still have not had my period. I have been having pain in my lower back, and sometimes it feels as if my abdominal is cramping. What does this mean? What steps should I take?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand this first of all you need to rule out the possibility of pregnancy and for that you have to go for Ultrasonography test this test would clear the doubt of underlying causes beside the pregnancy, hope this information helps you have nice day.
