What Is The Interpretation Of The Evaluation?

hi . my husband had an evaluation done and the doctor said that he had a negative tenel sign over his superficial peroneal nerve and a small lipoma in the same area. my husband knows for a fact that he has nerve damage in that area. could you please help me interpret that.

You shouldn't worry.
Your husband has normal reports.There is no nerve damage.
Tinel's sign is negative in his case.This test detects irritated nerves.
There is small lipoma in the same area.It is a benign condition and usually doesn't require any treatment.
