What Is The Maximum Possible Level Of HCG In Women?
Hello! Could you please let me now is there any difference in the increase of the hCG between pregnant women with regular period and pregnant women with irregular? And if yes, how is the hCG increasing with every other day about those that have irregular period? What is the maximum possible level of the hCG in those women that are not pregnant? Thank you very much in advance! :) I wish you a lovely day :)

Hi, Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.
Women: Non -pregnant - less than 5.0 mIU/ml - Negative/normal
Borderline - Between 5.0 to 25.0 mIU/ml (you could be pregnant)
Positive - Higher than 25.0 mIU/ml
As far as I know there isnt a difference in the HCG levels between women with regular or irregular periods, and that is the same when they are pregnant, it doesnt affect the HCG levels. The HCG level increases as the pregnancy progresses. It usually reaches its highest value at around the 9-12th week and after that it will start decreasing.
I hope this answered your question.
