According to ECG reports there is infarct(damaged area due to decreased blood supply) in anterolateral region of heart. It may be painless due to concomitant diabetes mellitus. Borderline low voltage is due to damaged area in the heart. There is normal sinus rhythm. P axis is also normal. Ventricular rate is 50-99 /min.
