What Is The Pulsing Sensation Just Below My Ribs?

I have a rolling or pulsing sensation just below my ribs slightly to the left. I can best describe it as the feeling of my babies moving in utero (I am in menopause ~ 49). You can actually see it and feel it when I touch it. Is it muscle or something to be concerned about?

If you can feel like some thing is pulsating on left side there are two possibilities. Either it can be a vascular swelling which causes pulsation because of blood flow. Or it can be transmitted pulsation of heart. My advice to you is first get ultrasound of this swelling, which will tell us about the nature of this swelling. If is is some kind of vascular swelling you may get it removed with caution as it bleeds heavily. Please post your ultrasound report on this forum. I can guide you further about management than.
