What Is The Reason For Abdominal Pain And Backache Before Passing Stools?
I m having a serious amount of pain in the lower stomach and the small of my back before I poop. It comes out liquiditzed and my stomach still hurts when I m on the toilet. And I m frequently having to poop too. This pain is probably an 8 on the pain scale. What s up. Please get back to me ASAP
This looks to be colitis ... You have a take a course of antibiotic like cefixime and metronidazle as per your Doctor's prescription, antispasmodic like dicyclomin as the pain is severe, supportive medicines like probiotic multivitamins, diet change to soft and bland and high fiber content. Id after 5 days of course your problem does not get alright , I would advise you to consult a Gastroenterologist and undergo colonoscopy and further management as per reports of endoscopy, blood , urine and stool tests.
