What Is The Reason For Burning And Tingling Sensation In Body And Tachycardia?
Dear Sir, This is to request you for an opinion on my mom s health status. She is K/c/o HTN for past 6 yrs and is on regular treatment. Past History : Had nasal bleed 2 yrs back with clots , nasal pack was given and all investigation done . Present illness : On 31 Dec 13 , she again had epistaxis episode and her BP recorded was 220/ 110 mmHg. As an emergency treatment 60 mg Stat LASIX was injected and other measures were given along with it. No nasal pack was required as bleeding stopped. Now again on 5 Jan 14 , similar episode happened despite taking Anti Hypertensives like Telma-H and amlopress AT . Major Concern : Now after Telma H ( OD ) and tab Arkamine ( BD ) she again had her BP shot up to 220/110 mm hg . Now I am very much concerned about her that she is feeling Burning and Tingling sensation all over body and as this sensation comes her BP starts fluctuating up and down and Tachycardia . Here doctors are saying its just due to her Anxiety that it is happening but she is saying this happens as sensation starts . I am very worried about my mom sir, please advise me as doctors are suspecting Pheochromocytoma . All investigations related are awaited but Renal doppler is WNL.( no renal stenosis ).
