Hello, Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query. I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through. This could be a manifestation of undifferentiated somatoform disorder which increases with stress. Amitriptyline is a drug which can help you in this context. But before that you should get a complete blood count done as low hemoglobin can also cause these symptoms. Also get a thyroid levels done as low thyroids can also cause these symptoms. Hope I am able to answer your concerns. If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
