hello,
I understand your problem , since non stress test is reactive no need to worry your baby is fine, daily fetal movement count is routine test for monitoring fetal well being at home without any cost if you feel movements less than 6 in 2 hours at any time concerned your doctor to perform further test to know your baby is fine. So no need to worry , its very simple test which can be done at home without any help .
thank you
