Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
Bad smell from mouth is due to indigested foods which happens in children with stomach upset.
Or some times it is seen with throat infection.
Keep on giving sips of oral rehydration solutions to prevent dehydration.
Consult the doctor for physical examination and drugs.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
