What Is The Reason For Itchy Bumps On Both The Arms Which Are Open Due To Scratching?

Started 1week ago, both forearms underside small red bumps with no head or bites or puss but itch like crazy. Right arm has 3-4 and left arm has a line of them it seems. I don't think it is spreading but they are open from my scratching. Not bed bugs & I'm the only one in the house that has them.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

you might be suffering from scabies.

It is quiet a common infection.

It will be better to try an application of permethrin.

Also take an anti histamine tablet.

This will control the itch.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

And get the medication prescribed.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
