What Is The Reason For Pain In Right Side When Bending Neck?

for the last few months i been have side pain on my right side. it has come and gone untill 3 days ago. nows its staying wont go away, when i bend my neck it hurts or when i move it at all. i wento the er and the doctor 3 times. they ruled out kidney infection, gall stones, appendix. and said i have constipation but i poop normally and eat alot of fiber. what could it be it really hurts

Welcome to HCM.
Pain with particular movement usually due to fibromuscular pain (fibromyalgia).
There might be involvement from vertebral disc to surrounding muscle.
You have to go for x-ray cervical region to confirm the diagnosis.
You have to take nsaid with muscle ralaxant.
Apply nsaid gel locally.
B12,calcium,d3,minerals and other supplements will be helpful.
Start treatment under guidance of orthopedician.
