What Is The Reason For Sore Breasts Especially In The Mornings ?
I have very saw beasts in the mornign and better pain during the daywhat could the problem be Im a 20year old female,my breast have been saw for the past two weeks now but the neeples are not saw like they usually are when im starting my periods.what could the problem be?

hiii mam,
Your all changes regarding your breast and body are due to "PRE MENSTRUAL SYNDROME"(water retention,abdominal bloating,breast tenderness,mood change,anxiety etc)....it is quite normal prior to period.
Avoid salt,caffine and meditate for sometimes with yoga....it helps you a lot.
