What Is The Reason For Tremors In Hand When Writing, Drinking Or Doing Some Activity?

Hi,I m Waaka,when i do things, my hand tremors,writing.drinking,etc,tiptoe my legs start to shake, but when i m still nothing happens.I ve asked many Doctors no answers,Legs and Arms feel heavy too.Whats confusing,is when i m not doing anything nothing happens,

Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM, You said that you have tremors while doing things, it can be due to weakness , I will suggest you that go for complete haemogram and thyroid test.
Take proper nutritious diet, proper rest, and eat fruits also I m sure improve your diet it will help you.
