Because of her medications for the psoriatic arthritis, and the high blood pressure, she might have developed ulcers in the stomach and duodenum, which could have bled causing the brownish discoloration of the vomitus. The heavy food might have precipitated it. For the immediate purpose, I would give her a prokinetic and proton pump inhibitor drug till furhter investigations are done.
