What Is The Recovery Time After Removal Of Ingrown Toe Nail?
hi I ve got a painful ingrown toenail, I ve tried two different antibiotics, neither have worked and the infection came back, have tried to let it grow out and dig it out but it s still hurting and I just need to be referred and have it removed. How can I get referred quickly and how long will it take to recover? Thanks
Hi. As per your case history of ingrown toe nail. My treatment advice is - 1. It usually takes around 2-3 weeks for complete recovery. 2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it. 3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
